3.1 Account Requirements

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have a valid Shopify store
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Side Hussle: $9.99/month for 500 credits with priority support
• Business: $39.00/month for 10,000 credits with analytics dashboard
• All In: $99.00/month for unlimited credits with white-label options

4.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is processed through Shopify's billing system
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Free Trial

New users may receive a free trial period as specified during signup. Trial periods vary by plan and are subject to change at our discretion.

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our service to:

Virtual try-on images generated by our AI are provided for your use in connection with your store. You may not claim ownership of our AI technology or algorithms.

8.1 Service Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, About The Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Third-party actions or content
• AI-generated content accuracy or quality

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless About The Fit from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Content you upload or generate using the service

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your Shopify admin panel or by contacting us. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay subscription fees
